
Assembly Instructions
With these instructions you can mount your wooden acoustic panels safely and effectively either by screwing them or gluing them with assembly adhesive. Enjoy the improved acoustics and the aesthetic upgrade of your room.
Materials:
- acoustic panels
- Mounting screws (if you choose the screwing method)
- Installation glue
- Spirit level
- Pencil
- Tape measure
- Drill (if you choose the screwing method)
- Cordless screwdriver or screwdriver (if you choose the screwing method)
Step 1: Preparation
- Make sure the surface where the acoustic panels will be installed is clean, dry and smooth.
- Gather all the tools and materials you will need.
Step 2: Positioning the panels
- Determine the optimal position for the acoustic panels to ensure even sound absorption.
- Use a level and pencil to make marks for positioning the panels on the wall or ceiling.
Step 3: Glue the panels with assembly adhesive
- Apply mounting adhesive evenly to the back of the acoustic panels.
- Press the panels firmly against the marked spots on the wall or ceiling and hold them in position for a few seconds to ensure good adhesion.
- Use the spirit level to check the alignment of the panels and correct the position if necessary.
Step 4: Screwing the panels (optional)
- If you choose the screw method, drill holes in the acoustic panels and the wall or ceiling according to the markings.
- Insert the mounting screws and tighten them with a screwdriver.
- If desired, you can fill the screw heads with putty and paint over them to conceal them.
Step 5: Drying Time
- Allow the assembly adhesive to dry according to the manufacturer's instructions. Drying time may vary depending on the product.
- Avoid touching or putting pressure on the panels during the drying process.
Step 6: Finishing work (if necessary)
- After the glue has dried, check the panels again for stability and adhesion.
- If necessary, you can finish the edges of the panels with a saw or sander to create a clean finish.
